Martial arts or karate will work extremely well in improving your reflex's. Some gyms offer these classes like chinese stick fighting in conjuction with other classes like aerobics and spinning so you'll have to check at yur local gym. If they dont offer these classes you'll have to check out private martial arts classes usually in some sort of strip mall or school.
In the future it usually helps if you use complete senteneces when asking a question. You'll get more responses and it's less annoying.
