Martial arts or karate will work extremely well in improving your reflex's. Some gyms offer these classes like chinese stick fighting in conjuction with other classes like aerobics and spinning so you'll have to check at yur local gym. If they dont offer these classes you'll have to check out private martial arts classes usually in some sort of strip mall or school.

In the future it usually helps if you use complete senteneces when asking a question. You'll get more responses and it's less annoying.

What's that point of this thread?
Thread Topic: "Reflexes"
First post content by author: "improving reflexes"

Second post content by author: "put a sock in it"
While we have no lower limit on the age of DiscussFitness.com members, it would be nice to make every effort to communicate as clearly as possible. This will ensure the most effective and well-worded advice by co-members.

Please take the time to be as clear as possible when requesting advice (or offering it, for that matter).

Thanks.
