Running and Air Alert 3


Hey guys,
I'm about to start the air alert 3 program.i was just wandering if it was okay to run about 20 minutes on the days that i don't do the program(tues,thurs,sat and sun)?oh yeah if anyone else knows other good jumping porgrams please share.

Depending on your level of physical conditioning you could do up to 6 "stamina" training sessions a week (I can only presume this program you're doing is also CV work as I've never heard of it). 20 minutes shouldn't be too stressful on the body in addition to your Air Alert 3 program. Make sure to have at least one day a week off to recuperate.
