Running "support"

This is kind of an awkward question. I have a fitness class, and is there some sort of support I can get for.. down there? I never took gym in highschool so this is kind of new for me. Doing jumping jacks causes a little too much movement, heh. Also, is this a common thing for people involved in fitness? I don't recall ever hearing or reading about it. Thanks.

boxer briefs are cool, if you wanna avoid the tighty whities, or you can get a jockstrap. You'll get used to them floppin around eventually, lol

Well I do wear boxer briefs, but by the time I walk to the gym they are kinda stretched out. Hahaha maybe its time to buy smaller underwear. I wore a jockstrap for baseball many years ago and I remember it as a fairly big strap. Would this be noticeable underneath regular gym shorts? Also I want to know if I am just paranoid or do other people wear support while they run/exercise in public?

proud freeballer right here mate.

Rarely wear underwear of any kind, especially not when exercising, (will wear jocks on ab days for the comfort of others though). If you wear loose shorts that have a lot of travel in them (i.e. the fabric is flopping all about, basketball or soccer shorts style) nobody is likely to notice. Bike shorts are a BIG! no-no .

But yeah tight jocks or a strap are gonna help, or just go commando (in daily life) for a few months and you kinda forget about the whole thing : .

Apologies for throwing out way too much information in this post lol.

Hell bro, half the time I don't even wear boxers. Then again I also tend to lift in my swim trunks because I swim after sometimes.

Usually i have no problem with this as the goods know i am about to workout and tighten up lol... its a little impossible to not put it bluntly.

You can get boxer briefs or even get the elastic kind if you feel you can pull it off. (i think an added bonus is that it makes your package look bigger)

I wear compression type shorts such as Under Armor when i run. I wear them underneath my running shorts. They fit tighter than boxer briefs so not as much movement. Believe it or not, Walmart has a brand similar to Under Armor that works just as well and they are really cheap.
