Rarely wear underwear of any kind, especially not when exercising, (will wear jocks on ab days for the comfort of others though). If you wear loose shorts that have a lot of travel in them (i.e. the fabric is flopping all about, basketball or soccer shorts style) nobody is likely to notice. Bike shorts are a BIG! no-no

But yeah tight jocks or a strap are gonna help, or just go commando (in daily life) for a few months and you kinda forget about the whole thing
