Sauna Waist Trimmer

Has anyone ever heard about them? If not, this is what they do.

Its a waist belt that you can wrap around your waist or desire area, chest, thighs. What it does is it heats up(electronicly) and makes your tummy or other arae sweat. Can this cut some fat of tummy and chest? I got a bad case of man boobs. I'm 22, I weight 190, 6'0. I got to the gym 2-3 times a week. I do alot of cardio, but my chest has always been this case.
Help me!

Basically no. Sweating doesn't make you lose fat, just some water, which will be replaced the next time you eat or drink. If it were really as easy as just wrapping an electronic belt around yourself, then wouldn't everyone be thin and gorgeous?

Ghost Man, I don't mean this to sound harsh, so please don't take this the wrong way. Judging from this post and the one about the "Hollywood Micracle Diet" you are looking for an easy, quick way to lose fat. Sorry, but there's no magic bullet. You'll need three basic things to lose fat, and it won't be more than 1-2lbs a week:

1) A healthy, balanced diet. If you want to post up everything you eat in a typical day, we can help you.

2) A quality resistance training program. This helps preserve muscle (and build some more) to help keep the metabolism up so that fat can burn off. Are you currently performing any resistance training? If so, what exercises are you choosing.

3) Cardio. You are doing cardio already which is great. Once you get your nutrition (I hate the "d" word) in line and get some resistance training going, if you're still not losing, you will need to up the intensity of your cardio. You can try doing some interval training 2-3 times a week. When doing cardio, you should be going hard enough that you can't speaking long, complete sentences, but can still say a few words at a time.

I hope this helps and I apologize if I have offended you.

It's cool. I did not get offended at all. But thanks!when I go to the gym, I spend 15-20Min on Cardio. Then I rest for about 5 min and then work on my abs. After Abs, I go to chest. Then I call it a day.The other days, it's same routine, but after Abs, it's arms or legs. I eat about 4-5 small meals a day. I think I always eat a big breakfast because I love breakfast. Then I eat a healthy sandwhich for lunch.Gym.My protein shake. And then dinner. (tuna, chicken with veggies). Is it better to do cardio after a workout or before?

Me, personally, I prefer cardio after because I sweat a ton when I do cardio, and I don't feel like lifting when I'm all gross from sweating and tired from my cardio workout. You will get differing opinions on this, though. Some people will say you can't even do them on the same day or that you need to separate them by at least 8 hours. I've been doing cardio directly after lifting for almost 3 years now, and I seem to be doing alright. You did not mention any back exercises. You should add in some back exercises, such as deadlifts, rows and pullups. The back is a large, important muscle, so you don't want to skip it.
