I know that sex gives me a great ab workout, makes the day after burn more apparent than ab exercises. I think you're more inclined to put in those extra few reps when you're thing a in the sack than when you're on the floor alone.
Okay, 5 day split:
Day 1:
Isometric Pushup Hold (missionary with you fixed in the starting pushup position and thrusting from there)
Who's next? C'mon.. we need to make this board world famous.

If you have one of those rough nights wit your gurl......its def a whole body workout.
Missionary you are using your arms to hold yourself up.
Glutes def are sore no matter what.
Back, arms and legs from holding her againest the wall, hittin it!

Reminds me, girls, if u wanna get some workout in the bedroom, do a stripdance for your guy. Teri hatcher supposedly goes to a class where the moves consist of stripper moves. She says that how she maintains her weight

Those classes are so incredibly popular!
Yes, we have them out here as well,...but I'm sure with California pioneering them, they've managed to introduce more creative classes than our puritanical New England would find!
But they are very popular, and we have a number of clubs out this way that offer those strip-for-cardio type of classes.
It's amazing,....whenever "sex" is mentioned in the title, it has the highest number of people peering at the posts! Hmm......
