Shoulder/Neck pains after press-ups

Hi,

I just recently started doing light training such as press-ups, sit-ups and squats. However the next morning i get a pain in the shoulder area which eventually leads up to the neck preventing me from turning my neck to the left and right properly.

I was wondering what the cause of this was? I do 15 minute warm-ups at the beginning but i don't know how to warm up my shoulders and neck.

Hope u guys can help

Thanks

I've heard that sometimes back neck or even shoulder pain is the cause of bad foot support such as bad quality shoes? Or mabye you should consult your doctor because your getting pain in the wrong places.

Thanks,

I think it's just a matter of doing warm-ups properly, sometimes i do them properly and sometimes i don't think i do them as much as i should.

Thanks anyway!
