Shoulders and Legs 2 times in 5 days, is that OK?

I worked out my shoulders and legs on friday and am thinking about wotking them out again tomorrow which is tuesday, little more than 3 days rest of the muscles.

The only reason I am thinking about this is because Firday, Saturday, Sunday I work 7am-4pm and the college gym is packed when I get off of work. I am thinking about working out every day except friday and saturday now, that would be 5 days in a row. I would still do some kind of cardio on all days especially the non-lifting days.

What do you all think?

Thanks
RC

My weekly routine has been 3 days on 1 day off and repeat.

Day 1:
legs/shoulders

Day 2:
back/chest

Day 3:
arms

Day 4:
rest

You can work your legs (or any body part) even every other day. It all depends on what you do (volume and intensity). If you really kick butt, though, more rest time is optimal.
