Sit Ups and Abdominal exercises


Dear Folks;

I have put together a list of abdominal exercises that I am familiar with at...
I would like to add more so I welcome suggestions from anyone here

There are 10 variations on that list.

Exactly what are you wanting to accomplish with so many? Just curious.

Dear Ed;

This list is by no means complete. It just represents the few that I know about and have used over the past 25 years. The thing is what I dont know so much about is the technical details about which muscle groups are being targeted.

I would like to break the list down into upper abdominal, lower abdominal and oblique abdominal exercises but I'm no expert in that area.

I'm hoping that by sharing them, others can see that there are many variations that they can do. I know from my own experience that I get bored doing just one variation.
