Sit ups ... pull ups ... push ups ....

Hey all

As Ive mentioned in another post .. my only strengh building I do is sit ups, push ups and using a pull up bar (as most of my work out is streches, splits etc).

My question is though .. how many of each can you do?
(If you could also post a pic of your figure that would be great as to compare how you look with what you can do ...) ... anyway .. as for me:

Push ups: 50 (knuckle push ups on hard floor, after 50 Im shaking an slanted everywhere, lol).

Sit ups: 25 (am talking of the kind where you only come up enough to get shoulders clear off floor... then go down, but dont touch bottom etc).

Pull ups: 25 (for those who dont know, you may recognize it as a 'chinning bar'. Goes in door way and you pull yourself up ... go down .. up ... etc, with feet not touching floor during each one.)

Thanks.

thats not bad bro. make sure you are doing all your pullups completly, go all teh way down. as for me, im nto sure about pushups, could probaly get 100something situps... well i have never done exactly what you do so im not sure. but i can tell you that i can do about 75 regular situps in a minute. pullups: approximately 30.

I'm 18, weigh 217lbs @ 9% for your comparison.

Knuckle Pushups, around 70, original pushups, 112.

Crunches, I do them weighted, I 've not counted how many with just bodyweight but it would be a lot.

What grip are you using for pullups ? Wide Grip I can only do 20, but palms facing I can do a lot more, I will count next back day for you. It's tough work lugging a 217lb frame up and down

Ick...it being 3:30 am I'm pretty tired. I'll try maxing on that stuff later and post My pic

Tried 50 knuckle push-ups, did all 50 but my knuckles have indents from my carpet. Quite painful to say the least.

Cool pic cort .. im similar, only that my arms are smaller .. but chest is more defined. :P
lol .. you should try 50 on a kitchen floor .. that really kills the first few times.

41 in a minute? ... impressive ... my first 30 are fine .. only after is when the pain starts to kick in and I go through torture for the next 40. :P

51 press-ups in a minute, only collapsed once at around 48, the last few were almost impossible. Can do 60 odd proper squat thrusts (none of this sliding lark) in a minute too.

Next question - how many push-clap press-ups can you do in one go? Managed 17 once.
