Interesting very interesting this news story is worth the read I found it on ABCNews.com They claim that sitting is also a bigger issue than ever thought for the epidemic of obesity here in the U.S.

it's interesting but i know people who spend most of their day sitting down, go to the gym, and are not fat, let alone obese. and the reverse, i know people who are on their feet all day for work and are overweight.
