ok i am a skinny/buff little dude. i weigh 145, 5'7". i want to get more cut on my stomach. you can see my abs fairly good, but only when i flex. i am trying to find a program that really helps me define my
mid section. i think that working out really has a good effect on me so any good ab program would work. does anyone here know a good ab program that they can share with me; including the exercises, detail of exercise, reps, sets, recovery time in between sets and how often to do it in a week. thanx to all those who can help me here.
