Six Pack


ok i am a skinny/buff little dude. i weigh 145, 5'7". i want to get more cut on my stomach. you can see my abs fairly good, but only when i flex. i am trying to find a program that really helps me define my mid section. i think that working out really has a good effect on me so any good ab program would work. does anyone here know a good ab program that they can share with me; including the exercises, detail of exercise, reps, sets, recovery time in between sets and how often to do it in a week. thanx to all those who can help me here.

If you want your ab's more defined, try lowering your b.f. No matter how many different ab routines you try, your not going to get that definition your after unless your b.f is low enough.
If you want to strenghten your ab's use the sites search tool because there's probly thousands that have already been posted.
