Sleep disorder

Hello everyone,
Right before I fall asleep, a minor nasal passage obstruction triggers the "lack of air" anxiety (of not surfacing in time). Whenever it starts happening--if I were to rise from bed and start walking (and deliberately thinking of something else)...the psychological pressure slowly dissipates within a minute, two, or three...without re-occurrence when deliberately thinking of something else (immediately returning to bed to fall asleep).
I've been having this "sleep disorder" for the past 1 1/2 years...it happens about once or twice per month. When it happens it's very scary! Can anyone tell me the name of my "sleep disorder"? What can I do to get rid of this sleep disorder?
Thank you in advance!

Re:Sleep disorder

Hi,
I don’t know the name of your sleep disorder but I think it’s not a big problem. You can remove this disorder easily. I've experienced trouble in sleeping too. I got DermaSleep a few days ago on the net. I would recommend DermaSleep for your sleep disorder. You can get to sleep fast, get more high-quality sleep, and wake up feeling refreshed! Its drug-free approach helps you maintain your body's natural sleep patterns. DermaSleep helps you get control of your sleep and your life. It does works without any side effects. Hope this will help you!
Good Luck!

I think your best bet is to see your doctor. They can refer you to a sleep specialist. We really can't diagnose you over the internet.

Good eyes Maxgain. I should have caught that. A little investigative work revealed that these two users are one IP talking to itself so they are both gone.

Thanks!

Dont worry about it. I appreciate how difficult it must be for you Pierini to keep on top of things.

Cognitive decline is to be expected at your age. The key is not to waste your time worrying about it but take it in your stride or else you will lose what precious time you do have left. It is just a pity that with your physical inadequacies that your mental functioning had to fail you also.

It was definitely a good one. I can laught at myself and have fun because I am a middle-age man and I know the truth.

What's even better that the cleverness of what Max posted is that he actually posted something with correct grammar and spelling. We don't always see that.

Considering i get about 30 second intervals to make posts correct grammar especially spelling is probably a rarity on my behalf.

Anyway no one likes a "Grammar Nazi" except of course where its text speak which is unacceptable.
