Sleeping!!!
How important is sleeping?
I get about 5-6 hours of sleep most of the time, I know the average should be 8. But how important is it for your muscles?

Different people require different amounts, but in general the more you sleep the better.

They say the older you get, the less sleep you need.

No more than 8-9 hours or your body goes into catabolic mode. When it comes to sleeping, quality is more important than quantity. If you feel wonderful on 5 hours every night, than so be it. Everyone is different.
