Sleeping after a workout

Hi...i'm new to the site. I'm trying to lose fat and tone up, but whenever I finish up a workout, I often feel very tired. Once I sit down, I easily doze off. I have tried forcing myself to stay up, but I often feel drained of energy and sometimes cannot stay awake at all. What is wrong with me?

Eat. Get a bowl of rice or pasta into you, as well as a few veggies and some meat. Should give you some energy.

The first two hours after a workout is your big recovery time. Eat, eat, eat. Protien is very important...that will not only help recover your muscles, and lose soreness, but you''ll definately feel more awake.
