Smoking on occasion
Hi, I'm fifteen and I like to smoke pot about once a month. I also smoke the occasional cigar as it apparently increases concentration levels. (For exams and whatnot)
I am a very competitive soccer player, and I am wondering if smoking this rarely will affect my stamina. Please, be honest.
Thanks alot.

Smoking is not good for you. That being said I smoke occasionally, usually when having a few drinks. But you will notice a difference if you stop smoking altogether for a couple of weeks. I stopped for a few weeks and my cardio performance got a lot better. In fact I'm planning on picking up my running again so I won't be smoking anymore. (Pot or cigarettes) I think it all depends on what your goals are.

Yeah i have realized that smokin is not helping with cardio and weight lifting. When i stop for a couple weeks everything starts to get better and for some odd eason i dont feel as lazy.

the reefer WILL mess with your soccer. it messes your lungs up. that being said, since you smoke rarely, i'm not sure if this is right or not, but you can rebuild the lung tissue? anyone help out here?

I'd quit the tobacco straight off, completely. It's the most awfully addictive crap in the world, and I rue the day I smoked my first cigar (which led to my first cigarette, which has led to nothing but grief).
The pot...so occasional that it probably makes very, very little difference.
