stamina?

stamina

Physical or mental strength to resist fatigue and tiredness. Someone with good stamina, or hardship; endurance.

----

So does this mean, the more i do cardio, the less tired i will become? As at the moment, i find myself tired all the time, not because im working out, just in general.

For example, some days i would wake up at 12:00 (Lazy college student ) and find myself tired again by 18:00!

So if i improve my stamina, i should be more awake on a average day?

Yep, works for me. Also try to get up ealier even if you don't have to, this will give you more energy b/c youll feel less sleepy. I used to do 2-3 sets of heavy lifting and then coudn't catch my breath anymore. Then I started doing cardio once a week, know I can sit in the gym much longer and push harder . Note that I am not overweight or anything...
