Hello everyone. I've been on a 3 month hiadis (spelling) from fitness/working out, as well as
proper nutrition.
I was wondering how many calories should I take in for adequate weight loss.
Here's a bit of information about me just to give you an idea:
height: 5'9"
weight: 225
gender: male
goals: lose weight, get some muscle tone...I don't want to get big and bulky. I want to get down to at least 185-190 range.
So if anyone can help me figure this out, that would be great.
Also, as for my routine, I will doing circuit weight training using free weights, machines, and body
weight exercises (push ups, dips, etc..).
Any positive input would greatly be appreciated. I want to get 2006 off to a great start.
