Still feeling the effects of my broken wrist even though its should have healed

I had plaster on my wrist for a month, but, over 2 months after breaking it, i still have pain in it when lifting weights. What would you suggest that could strengthen it up??

Unfortunately it's difficult to rush these things - just go through exercises that work your wrist through its range of motion: wrist flexions, extensions, rotations etc. with a progressive amount of resistance.

What the doctors wont tell you is that your wrist will probably never heal completely - I broke my thumb badly a few years ago and it still hurts sometimes.

But it's still early days, I wouldn't worry too much. Realistically you can expect to it to be functioning as normal or as close to normal as makes no difference in about another 3-4 months.
