stomach flab


PLEASE HELP ME ... wat is the best way to lose your stomach flab??

ive been running 20 minutes a day

and drinking gallon of water and trying to eat rite?

help me on wat i should do more .. more cardio? .. eat better??

tell me how to eat rite and wat to eat and wat excercises .. thankx

For me, it is eating right and cardio. From what I have always read and heard, you should do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio. You body doesn't start burning fat until right about 20 minutes. I also used to run for 20 minutes, then I kciked it up to 30 minutes and it made a huge differece for me. But I think everyone is different.

Also, cut out any Soda. Drink water only and that will help as well. Or just limit yourself to 1 a day.

It's good that you've decided to move your body more and to keep your body hydrated. You should also 1) consider adopting a resistance training program, and 2) modify your eating habits.
