For me, it is eating right and cardio. From what I have always read and heard, you should do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio. You body doesn't start
burning fat until right about 20 minutes. I also used to run for 20 minutes, then I kciked it up to 30 minutes and it made a huge differece for me. But I think everyone is different.
Also, cut out any Soda. Drink water only and that will help as well. Or just limit yourself to 1 a day.
