Does anyone know of a stop watch that also has somnething to detect how many miles you run/walk

I have been using a watch and it's not very accurate because I never get EXACT times

Thanks

They have pedometers and much more expensive sports watches that actaully use GPS systems to track your mileage and path.

You can find them at some sports stores and actually not very expensive,....if you avoid the bells and whistles and stick to JUST the items that you're looking for, you'll find one relatively inexpensively (under $30 bucks)....USA

A running site that I go on frequently everyone recommends Garmin Forerunner the 301 has hr monitor, pace calculator, GPS, you can download your runs into the computer, and compare. Set a pace you want to run with and it'll let you know if you're on pace or not... all kinds of cool stuff lol. Set a predetermined W/O and it'll go through it with you. I personally am not too interested in the HR monitor and so I want the 201 or 205

Until you get a device you could go here and find out the distance of your route. It works like sorta like mapquest. I've used it for walking and biking distances travelled.

Gmaps Pedometer
