stretchmarks

I have been lifting for a while now and I have started noticing stretchmarks on my arms and calves, and I want them to go away. I have seen people mention Jean Wu's stretchmarkcure...but does it really work? I dont want to spend 35 dollars and see no results. Has anyone here seen the results she claims? Thanks alot!

Look for some skin lotions containing vitamin E. It's not a guaranteed fix, but it should help.

Welcome to the board.

Click on the search link at the top. There are a lot of opinions out there about how to help stretch marks fade. I think the program you're speaking of has also been discussed. Try searching, you'll find it.

Tanning will definatly help fade away stretch marks. I have had some good results from tanning.

Also just losing weight in general...because it's kind of hard to get rid of stretchmarks if you're getting bigger (whether that means adding more muscle or fat)...
