I am thinking about incorporating stretch tubing as part of my
lower body workout (inside and outside part of legs, hips, butt). Stretch tubing is used mostly to tone muscles. Although I do want to tone my muscles, I am also using it for resistance as I find that my legs get really sore after I use dumbells in my workout. I am using small weight with the dumbells so to avoid the soreness right now - I have been looking into the stretch tubing.
Just wondering if anyone has had good results using stretch tubing or if anyone has any other comments about it.
