Sweating alot

Hey all am looking for some advice on this as i am a very fit young man i just seem to sweat a lot.
I do many forms of training including boxing wrestling weights and running i dont drink our smoke i thought i was sweating alot at first becuase of my size i am 6ft1 and 93kg but i dont think its just down to that.
I was reading one of the other post on the forum and someone said it could be down to a high sugar diet if so this could be the case for me as i drink alot of coke and love anything with suger init but be willing to change this if it would have beneficial effects on my fitness and sweating.
Any advice on this would be much appreciated

I'm afraid the amount one sweats is purely genetics.

As far as all the sugar drinks go, they are not healthy and would highly suggest you remove them from your diet. Try it and see if the sweat factor changes.

If you're drinking A 12 oz. can of coke with your post workout meal then that's really no biggie. Of course it's preferable to drink no soda at all, but if you must have that soda then after lifting is the "least worst" time to drink it.

I have heard that the fitter you are the more you sweat as the body becomes more effeicent in dissapating body heat.

I haven't seen the evidence though.
