Hello everyone, I'm a newbie to this forum!
I have two questions about cardio.
#1. When you are doing cardio (walking or running on a treadmill) where are you supposed to sweat? This may sound dumb, but it is something I would like to know. I only break a sweat in my
upper body, my butt and legs get warm but never sweat. Is that normal?
#2. Are sauna suites safe? a couple of years ago I used to where them and I finally broke a sweat in my hip area whereing them. I heard that they weren't good to use. Can someone give me there opinion on this.
