Swelling and Stretchmarks...


I beat the hell outta my tris last night and when I got done (and still today) it feels like they're so swolen that they're gonna pop outta my skin...is this normal, and will it cause stretch marks?

it is normal , you just had a good tri workout (one of the best feelings). No it wont cause strech marks dont worry about that . Keep it up .

I had the same thing with my biceps, then minor stretch marks developed... but thats at the beggining of my weight lifting, where i made the most gains. I had stretch marks come onto my calves as well.

Stretch marks don't occur because you lifted heavy once or twice. They occur over time with gains and/or losses of tissue (muscle and/or fat).
