swimming


after reading all about swimming i believe it is the best exercise for both cardio and muscle endurance. does anyone know how many calories it burns per hours swimming laps? and how much does swimming work your muscles?

Honestly, what did you read and how did you come to the conclusion it is the best if you do not know the answers to those questions?
