Swimming after weights


I am going to join up to a different gym and it has a swimming pool/spa/sauna included. I was wondering if you recommend swimming after my workout to help recover or anything a long those lines? or even before? how about spa and sauna? sauna just makes you sweat though. lol

I think its like any other cardio only better... just don't sprint too much and you'll be fine

The great thing about swimming is that it excercises muscles you never knew u had=)
