Swimming at Lunch

I just joined a gym this week that has year round pool facilities. Does anyone have a good 30 minute swimming workout that I can do during lunch? I plan on doing cardio twice a week with weight training three times a week. Thanks in advance for the help.

theres really a swimming workout I think. You just do say 35 lengths every session to begin with and fairly fast speed. Then each time you go add a length or try and increase your speed.
