Swimming Float Exercises

Hi, i'm looking for a link to a site that gives good swimming advice. I'm going to start using a leg and an arm float in training sessions to up the intensity and would like to know where to hold the leg float - ankle? thigh? knee? and other ideas for effective intense swimming sessions. Anyone know any good resources? preferably online? Thanks - A

Swimming is an ideal fitness activity. When you swim, you get a total body workout that combines cardiovascular and strength benefits.

Here are a few great swimming resources I recommend:

USA Swimming - Publications, educational programs, fund-raising activities, sports medicine programs, resources and general information about swimming-related activities.

FINA - Federation Internationale de Natation

United States Masters Swimming - Great resource for masters swimmers with training, competition, articles and publications, local programs and more

Swimmers Guide - More information about swimming pools.

Hope this help.
