Swiss Ball: Need Ideas

Hey people, I recently bought a Swiss Ball and apart from the 5 or so excercises that were on the crappy manual that came with it, I don't know any others.

Can someone post a link where I can find some excercises?

Thanks,

Jock

My mother has this book and I was reading through it the other day. It's excellent, IMO.

Try this one:
http://www.elitefitness.co.nz/exe-swissball.shtml

At the moment I am looking at what bench exercises I can do on my swiss ball. Eventually I would like to be competent enough on a SB to be able to replace an entire workout on a bench with one on a SB. Try your bench presses, flyes, french presses, pullovers, etc. on your new SB. Works your core really well, gotta concentrate real hard on keeping your back straight when your upper back/shoulders are the only part of you actually resting on the ball. I LOVE MY SWISS BALL!!!!
