I don't think there is anything wrong with TaeBo. the goal of any exercise program is to increase heart rate, expend caloires, and build muscel. Tae Bo dos all of that.

I was wondering if anyone had tried the new Billy's Boot Camp Elite and what kind of results that got. I've been doing Tae Bo Get Ripped Advanced and was thinking about changing it up a bit, but don't know much about the Boot Camp Elite DVD's.

Take the techniques you've already learned, take them to the heavy bag or out in the back yard and mix them up however is fun and interesting to you. No need to buy another video...unless you just want to.

I used to do it a ton - I had ADVANCED memorized and could do it almost in my sleep. I didn't think it was very good for cardio, but I thought the butt busters and toning part of it (probably about a full 25 minutes) was good and helpful...
