Thanksgiving


I want to gain atleast 5 pounds by the end of thanksgiving any advise

My best advice is to go to the gym B4 dinner and do squats or deads.

Then pig out like a warrior at Thanksgiving dinner.

I dunno, kind of short time frame.... You should have thought about gaining weight back in September......
