I have devised a fitness test where you do the 60 seconds press up test, then getting straight up and doing a 6o second sprint, and when your totally f**ked you do the 60 second sit up test. Send back your results like this
number of press ups
how far ran
number of sit ups
The 60 second sprint should be done in 100 metre shuttle runs on your local park.
Lets see how tough you are

Of Course i made the ****er up you smart assed c**t. It is the most creative, ingenius fitness test ever made and you're jealous because i thought it up before you.
