I can't let pierini have all the fun.

My best wall squat/sit: 4 minutes

Handstand: 1 minute, shaky though. Will need a pillow and neck brace before I try for more on that one.

Ab plank: 2 minutes. Will need a bucket to puke in when I try to go longer next time.

These are from memory, I'll have to try these again next week and see what I can do.

Superman extension (arms fully extended) on GHD unit: today 1:19PR - my old PR was 1:16 on 1/15/2008.

Sweet! that is a cool one P!

Oh yea about 2 weeks ago maybe I did the wall sit, except against a narrow pole/beam supporting the inclined conveyour belt... I didt it for 3 minutes exactly, and gave up caz it was too close to walk, and I was trembly... But I think i could do longer.. this is with no help keep in mind, I got a few people to do it, but I anchored one girls feet with mine, so she cheated.

haha...not my lady! just some random co-worker chick. I can see myself getting into trouble now that I invision it... safety/harrassment manager always lurking around. Plus I have a nearly 2 year relationship, which I adore and love this girl.

New update I did a Handstand hold against wall for 33 seconds, not official though, my girl counted out loud, no official timer.
