After 9 weeks of exercising 5x per week..an hour each session, I finally have my appointment with my PE instructor tomorrow to share my results.
I am so THRILLED with the outcome of my post-test today that I just wanna run through the streets and scream!
So here it is:
Sit-Ups before = 26 after = 36 (timed 1 minute)
Push-Ups before = 13 after = 24 (major improvement IMO)
Vo2 Max (endurance) before = 35.48 after = 44.26
There it is...for the world to see! I still want to improve and get faster and stronger. I just can't believe that lil ol' me actually did it.
