The Underground Guide To Warrior Fitness
This is one of the best finds I've found on the internet. It's 40 pages long.
It's a valuable addition to my bodyweight only training.
Here it is for those of you interested: deleted because I discovered that it is a pirated copy. If you downloaded it, I would appreciate it if you dispose of it.

Great link - thanks. I just spend about 20 minutes perusing it. All of the routines and challenges look brutal. I think I can incorporate these into my workouts by doing them in place of cardio or on a weekend.

A question has been raised on another website that I posted this thread that the publication may be pirated and protected by copyright laws.
I've sent an e-mail to Ross asking him if this is so. If it is protected by copyright, then I will not use it unless I purchase it.
FYI for anyone interested.

Pretty good stuff, but the pulling exercises seem a bit limited. There's no mention of front levers or one-arm pull-ups/dead hangs.

Please check my edit to my original message. If you downloaded this document, please dispose of it as it is pirated. I will purchase the book and become a legimate owner.
Rigorous honesty spills over to fitness life, and I want to be as honest and as fit as possible.

You can get the real thing at either RossBoxing.com or Warriorforce.com.
It's a 200+ page book, made for wear and tear and it's only $30.
I recommend it to anyone who's looking for functional strength and endurance.

Just received in the mail my purchased and legitimate copy. I've glanced through it and I'm glad I bought it.
Tomorrow I'm doing some core stuff from one of the core workouts in the book.
I'm glad I purchased it.
