Thin figure but upper chest problem.....

Hi there, i am a new member to this forum so ust a quick hi to you all !! :

I have a problem, i am 17 years old and i used to be quite large, i mean fat and quite chubby then when i was about 15/16 it all dropped off quite nicely.

I got myself fit and trained everyday and the weight seemed to drop off me.

The problem that i have is that my legs are thin, arms thin, stomach is thin but my upper chest makes me look like i have got boobs and it is a bit depressing.

Can anyone suggest any exercises, i dont want a big chest i just want a firm and slighty toned chest that doesnt wobble and bounce.

Many thanks

Gaz.

First off..... You need to focus on having proper balance of chest and back strength. Building a strong back and rhomboids will pull your shoulders back in place, strengthening posture and make your chest look much mess "pointy".

2, you need to do everything incline. Build your chest Top-down...it will make it look much less bhitch. concentrate on Fly movements more than anything. Press heavy enough but generally keep weight low and reps high.

3, Running and swimming will naturally firm the area up.

It will all come down to diet and changing overall body composition. Its easier to lean out and stay lean with more muscle mass, dont just try to get skinny.

Good luck.

thanks for your reply to my question !!

I did actually do a lot of running and my chest used to be very firm without doing any weights, so i will adapt weights too and hopefuly i will firm my chest.

Many thanks
