Thinking about the Firm.....

I've been giving thought to purchasing the Firm video kit that comes with the fanny lifter and the weighted stick for use on my days off from the gym. Weight training is a part of my in-gym program (3 days a week). Should I get this, or will it tear down the muscle I am trying to build?

I wouldn't waste my money. I would just do some cardio. That can be done on a regular bike converted to a stationary bike. I purchased something like this trainer. Mine has magnetic resistance that makes the intensity change. Also, using the gears on the mountain bike helps too. You can always jog or do some tae bo type stuff.

Ive always wanted one of those bicycle stands.

I kinda figured that purchasing the Firm set would not be what I needed. Thanks!
