Last night i was with my girl Friend all night. Normally i eat my everdays amount of food. I will have breakfast, Lunch , Dinner, maybe a snack between each meal. All
high Protien low cab meals.
Yesterday we were very busy and i had my breakfast. 7whites with Turkey on a rap.
And nothing else all day. I didn't realize that i didn't eat untill about 11pm. I normally make my self alittle rule. I won't eat passed 8pm. I was hungery but i didn't know if i should eat anything before i go to sleep.
In anycase when i woke up i felt my abs and they felt so weak. so did my chest. I thought it could have been because of the lack of food.
