Thoughts on Max-OT?

I learned about Max-OT through these forums and am considering doing it after I finish my current program and return from vacation. I admit that I haven't read the whole thing, but skimmed through it and it looked interesting. I'm just looking for comments and feedback from those who have done it. Thanks! :

Worked great for me. I'm not big on following programs to the letter, but I took the seven (?) main points of the Max-OT program and applied them to my lifting. Its great for both strength and muscle gains, more so on the strength side. I usually say that this is a great program for intermediate lifters. Those who have moved past the beginner stage and could consistently benefit from the progressive overload principle that is its core. Once you reach a certain stage where you can't consistently up reps or weight every week (and upping volume is not an option with Max-OT), you might have to move on to something else.

i used MaxOT for a couple months until circumstances forced me to switch to a powerlifting style routine and i got hooked. worked great - i still use the same warmup format; that alone is gold.

I like it.

MS was making me a cripple.

Now, I'm slightly more muscular, way less fat. And 2-4 times as strong (depending on the lift) than I was 2 years ago.

And that's after the last MS attack which robbed anwhere from 15-45 lbs from my strenght (again, depending on the lift).

Seems to be a good balance between body building (getting bigger) and powerlfiting (getting stronger). It gives you a bit of both. Strength gains faster than pure BB, size gains faster than pure PL.

In short - works for me.
