Sorry man, those don't count as bodyweight exercises. Those guys have some heavy looking bodies. They are my bodyweight + my deadlift weight each.

They call it thug fitness because they are in prison or something like that. There is a whole series of those. Pretty impressive stuff - and some pretty big dudes doing it.

That AB Exercise looked like it was really good on the Abs, might give it a try.

How do those not count at bodyweight exercises?

Those guys are jacked though, that's for sure.

Pretty cool. I like the idea of being able to go out and get an intense workout in a playground! I'll be doing a lot of camping this summer, and playgrounds, rubber resistance bands, maybe a pullup bar hung in trees will constitute some of my workout equipment.

I agree, I'm thinking they got jacked, then came up with the fitness program cause they liked the great out doors so much.
