Tips on my cardio workout?
Hey, it's not that complicated. I want to lose some inches off my waist. I seem skinny most, but my stomach is really...jiggly and stuff. I run 3 miles in midday, and 3 miles again in the evening. Any other exercises to help burn fat? Weightlifting yea, but what other aerobic exercises are there I could do? Oh yea, I do jumping jacks and jump rope a lot too.

Shorten your cardio...less time, more intense.
Since you must be in pretty good shape, give Guerrilla Cardio a try. It sounds easy, but is f-ing hard. You basically run for 20 seconds at maximum effort (as if you were running for your life), take 10 seconds rest...then repeat that 20 seconds of max. effort running and 10 seconds rest 7 more times (8 total sprints/rests). You can learn more about it here: http://www.html4me.com/ftpdl/cardio.pdf

what's more harder? guerrilla cardio or HIIT? It seems like these to have lots in common. IT's just that (based on what u said about guerilla cardio) guerrilla cardio involves small time to rest unlike in HIIT, you have to sprint 30sec/jog 30sec (alternating this until u reached 15 min)

HIIT is just any form of intense cardio training where you do the regimen in spurts (or intervals). Guerrilla cardio IS HIIT, because it is high-intensity cardio training that you do in intervals.
I don't know if sprinting for 30 seconds (but not maximum, running-for-your-life effort) and jogging for 30 seconds is harder than Guerrilla cardio...but I'm sure both give good results (because both are highly uncomfortable...and frankly, the hard part that you never want to do is always the thing that works--lol).

I'll try that. Maybe, instead of 2 3-mile jogs, do 1 3- mile jog, plus a Guerilla workout. What is HIIT, might I add?
Oh and can you list some differences I will see in Guerilla vs. Long Distance? As in time of results, how hard, etc?

I'm not sure about one thing the article says- it reccomends you do it on an empty stomache... I'm confused now, won't doing it on an empty stomache encourage muscle loss. Is there anything wrong with excercising 1 hour after breakfast?

Some will disagree, but I do not advocate doing any activity on an empty stomach. Have a protein shake at least. I usually eat a Clif bar or a Detour if I'm on the go, or whole fruit w/peanut butter if I'm at home. 45 minutes to an hour before is what I go for.
