Too much Running?

I have been running between 2.5-3 miles, 2-3 days a week for about 2.5 months. I have lost 10 pounds! and i dont want to! i was at 186, now im 176! That scares me. I havent really lost any size, but i have noticed a small...small strength decrease. Is this normal. Also, i dont want to loose any more weight...should i keep the running to only 1 day a week? Thanks

That or eat more. Are you loading up on carbs/protein after your run?

if your losing strength then your body is eating its muscle instead of fat, which is normal. you need to eat more protein/calories a day.

You Could try taking L-Glutamine, Which has an Anti-Catabolismic affect. So that your body doesn't consume its own muscle for energy.

Yup, glutamine is good for preventing your body from going catabolic. Also, to prevent muscle breakdown, take a serving of whey protein about 20 minutes before you run.
