Hey people, I'm taking part in the 'Tough Guy' event at the end of July (information can be found here:
http://www.toughguy.co.uk), which is basically an assault course with 10 mile run, swimming, climbing, crawling etc.
I'd like to know how best to train for this event? Clearly I need to improve my
overall fitness, and improve arm strengh etc but at the same time gaining a lot of weight won't be as helpfull. I'd greatly appreciate if those who have previously taken part in the event, let me know how they trained or for others to check the site and offer there advice.
