Tread mill colision

Does anyone have the problem of out running the treadmill? Meaning you have a pace set could be slow or fast and you end up running into the bar in front. I do it no matter if I'm on an incline or running at a fast pace or slow.

all i can say is pay attention to what ur doing what are you running with your eyes closed? if you start running into the front of it just increase the speed of the treadmill or run outside.
