Treadmill Times And Training Question

Hey guys, long time i havnt posted:P

Well, i`ve been jogging on my treadmill since last week, and well, i had a question.

What is the best way to burn fat? Im currently Jogging at a constant pace of 8 for 1 hour.

Is it better to jog at speed of 10 for 30 mins? or 8 for 1 hour?

Any other suggestions? Ive got like 14% BF and im weiging 150pounds (68kilograms). Im 21 years old.

I drink a glass of skim milk after every jogging season. I jog about 6 times a week.

UPDATE..

(I Moved this post from the "Beginners" section to here.)

Ive been out of weight training for a year now..

A year back, i had some really weird nausea and constant headache problems when ever i lifted weights or did abs.. and well, that hasnt gone away.

The only thing i can do, is run.

So.. thats why im only running:S

Well, Anyhow, My current run program is...

EVERYDAY 1 HOUR.
Warmup Start 0;00 - 2:00 mins at 4.5
2:00 - 8:00 at 6.5
8:00 - 30:00 at 7.5
30:00 - 40:00 at 8.5
40:00 - 50:00 at 9.5
50:00 - 60:00 at 10.5

Thats my current running seasion... is that ok? Is it efficient to burn fat off to cut down my Body Fat?

My eating habbits are also stable.. i take oatmeal with milk + 500cc of milk (skimmed) at breakfast. i allways eat something every 2 or 3 hours.

At night, i try to cut down of food.. i try to have some lettuce and a piece of chicken, or whatever there is. No fats..

Well, thats it.. Any Suggestions?

Thanks=D

Thanks alot for all the help in advanced^^ I really Apreciate It.

PD: If you guys think that it will be better, ill take some pics of my current body so you all can give it a tought.

well pierini maybe will help here, but i reckon you should get a heart monitor.
Then you can work out yr fat burning zone and then the longer you stay in the zone the more fat your burn.
I use 1 while cycling and it makes me work more efficiently to get lean

Well, im not exactly Dieting, but i am beeing more carefull with what i eat and i do eat healthy stuff..

In example..
- I take fruits for snacks every two or so hours.
- In the morning, i have oatmeal and alot of skimmed milk with some splenda.
- at nights, no fats what so ever.
- i stay away from alcoholic beverages (well, not allways)

Well, i am also Doing activity all days.. as in.. if i dont play tennis for a day, i go out jogging. If i play tennis, i dont jog.

Anyhow, today i pushed myself harder on the jogging machine.. i did this..

0 - 8mins: 6.5
8 - 20mins: 7.5
20 - 40mins: 8.5
40 - 60mins: 9.5

exercise will speed metobolic rate.
When you get a hunger prang, try 1 litre of water as sometimes hunger is not hunger its thirst.
And also when hungry do sit ups.
Not sure how it works, but i read once from well accredited people.
That sit ups direct blood to the abdominals and take the mind off hunger.
It works for me, give it a try

Thanks for all the answers. Im trying to drink more liquid to kill my hunger..
(I cant do situps and all of that because of my headaches... im really pissed off about all that includes weight training and alot of muscle effort)..

Well, ive got a few questions now..

Im drinking powered juice.. the ones that you prepare. Its Almost free of calories, no fats. Its nutrasweet i think. Well, does drinking alot of this juice do bad for me? can i gain fat from drinking alot of it? is it slowing down my metabolism?

And the second question...
Somedays i got out with my friends and yes, i do eat some junk food.. (some chocolates or some fries...) Is this really really bad for me? or since that im joggin it doesnt affect me?

Thanks

You should try to get into the habit of drinking more water. Try adding a slice of lemon for some flavor. You might try unsweetened herbal teas, too. Delicious even if you don't like tea. But since this powder stuff has no calories, it shouldn't make you fat.

You shouldn't make a habit of eating junk food. You can't outrun poor nutrition. But once or twice a week shouldn't cause too much harm as long as you're eating right the rest of the time.
