Treadmills

Whilst being able to do all other cardiovascular exercises very well, i seem to be awful at running, whether on a treadmill at an inclination of 1% 9which is the most similar to pavement levels) or outside. On a treadmill i can run at 5mph for about 15 minutes, but after about 5.5mph and more i find myself getting out of breath quickly and unable to run for too long. Is this due to my running abilities or is there a way i can improve the way i run?

just slowly increase the length or intensity of your workout. you should start to see an increase in your endurance.

Exactly...after a few weeks of running a certain distance for a certain amount of time, it becomes easier...

That's what fitness is all about!! Keep going!!
