Triathlon
I perfermed a serach and found nothing on this topic, however, I wanted to post this to see what everyone thought. I have a friend that is training for a triathlon. She is a biking enthusiast and need to train for this race in april. She struggles with work-out plans and things to do to get a better workout for the race. Any thoughts would be great. Oh yeah -- she teached two spin classes a week.
