Trying to get back into the game...

After high school I kind of got out of sports and stopped working out. Any ideas for starting back up? I was thinking running a mile or two a day, jumping rope, push-ups and sit-ups for starting out. I bought some cheap suppliments to help. Trying to get back down to 165-170 again... Right now I weigh about 200.

Any activity is better than none. The supplements surely take a back seat to eating right and exercising reasonably. You learn something from reading through this thread: Slimming Down
