Using the Winsor Pilates workouts as warm ups!

Hi all, i decided to share this after finding it quite effective and fun..

I recently got the whole winsor pilates workouts just to check the line out, i've been looking for some variety in my fitness regimen. My first impression of the workouts was that they were extremely overrated.. the whole marketing idea was based on hollywood glitz.

The workouts won't break a physically fit person into some sort of sweat.. in fact you'll hardly sweat at all.. and they don't tire you out.. so i decided to fit them in as warm ups with whatever i'm doing afterwards.

~
Example:

Bun and thigh sculpting pilates/or ab sculpting pilates + Lower Body Tone up

OR if i'm concentrating on my upper body

advanced pilates + upper body tone up/ or anything (ie aerobic exercise such as advanced tae bo or the likes..)

~

true, they're not tiring, but they're not completely useless.. the flexing and stretching in these pilates workouts really get the muscles ready for the tough gruelling workouts to come.. i also noticed my knee joint stopped clicking (my right knee joint clicks painlessly sometimes when i do hip/buttock exercises) so it's definitely doing its job in warming up.

i'm no fitness guru and i'm sure someone here might have a better say, but this really works for me and i hope it might work for others. just suggesting.
